Guys, this link is floating around saying that ACTA will be in effect by tomorrow, but I see zero source on that. Does anyone have any further info? I googled, but I couldn’t find much. I’m disinclined to believe that this is actually happening right away unless I see something that confirms it.

A LOT of social justice people are really self-righteous.
